Stealthy or Stupid?

SO! I made another picture of Luffy. My dad didn't really like the previous one I made, I made another Luffy picture. I'm quite proud of this one. I like it. It took me awhile to finish cause I was grounded from my computer. I got the colouring done of Luffy and the Marine, but then I got grounded so I couldn't finish the bak ground. But now I'm finished.
